We currently deliver to all suburbs within Western Sydney and the Sydney Metro Area!

Monday to Sunday, 8am - 6pm.​​

Unfortunately we don't offer an option to pick-up at this time. But, it's in the works!

You can! Each donut bouquet/box comes with an option to select additional chocolates and candy to add to your order at checkout.

You can also add a themed card, gifts and more!

Between 8am -6pm. Due to a high volume of deliveries, we are unable to confirm exactly what time of day your order will arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience!

No worries! If no one is home to receive the order, we'll leave it in a safe place by the front door.

If there is somewhere specific you would like the order to be left, please indicate this in your delivery instructions at checkout.

Absolutely! However, we ask that you ensure someone is home to let us into the building and accept the delivery, as we unable to leave the box unattended outside or within the lobby of an apartment complex. Thank you for your understanding!

A change of address is possible on all orders up to 48hrs prior to the selected delivery date. To do this please email us at info@dochiedonuts.com with the subject title 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' - and quote your order number along with the new delivery address. You will receive a confirmation email when we have updated these details.​

Please note - updating an address is not possible on orders that are already prepared, dispatched, or in transit. ​ For health & safety reasons we are unable to retrieve orders

from an incorrect address if they have already been delivered. ​​ ​

That's ok! Wecan cancel any order within 48hrs of delivery.

Just email your order number to info@dochiedonuts.com with the subject line 'CANCEL ORDER,' and a refund will be processed to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once processed.

Please note - a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged.

Money will be refunded less this fee.

Any cancelations after 48hrs will not be accepted.

Your donuts are baked fresh daily. We recommend eating your donuts within 24hrs of delivery.
