A change of address is possible on all orders up to 48hrs prior to the selected delivery date. To do this please email us at info@dochiedonuts.com with the subject title 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' - and quote your order number along with the new delivery address. You will receive a confirmation email when we have updated these details.
Please note - updating an address is not possible on orders that are already prepared, dispatched, or in transit.
For health & safety reasons we are unable to retrieve orders
from an incorrect address if they have already been delivered.
That's ok! Wecan cancel any order within 48hrs of delivery.
Just email your order number to info@dochiedonuts.com with the subject line 'CANCEL ORDER,' and a refund will be processed to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once processed.
Please note - a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged.
Money will be refunded less this fee.
Any cancelations after 48hrs will not be accepted.
Yes, our boxes may contain traces of nuts.
While most of our donuts are nut-free, they are manufactured within the same facility as the donuts that do contain nuts. As a result, we cannot guarantee our products will not contain traces of nuts.
